In the beginning, the enterprise dealt with the distribution of Printer Sharing Units and electromechanical components. The ever-changing market quickly nullified the need of providing printer sharing units on a large scale, and Elproma Polska focused on the development of the distribution of high-quality switches and electromechanical connectors. We were one of the first companies in Poland, in the nineties, which set trends in the domestic production of electronics. A rich experience in distribution, built over a span of 12 years, allowed us to expand our portfolio with GSM\/ GPS components\/modules which, in the last years, were the main segment of the dynamically evolving M2M (Machine to Machine communication) industry.<\/p>\n<p>In a world where the technological landscape is being revolutionized by Industry 4.0, ELPROMA helps its customers to guarantee long-term reliability of existing IT solutions. We are experts in robust synchronization that ensures stability of critical IT infrastructures. Weak synchronization does not crash IT, but it is simply limiting it\u2019s performance that is not easy to observe. But, weak synchronization frequently it provides to instability of IT and therefore intermediately it is responsible for huge crashes that cause even blackouts.<\/p>\n<p>The company \u00a0is\u00a0<b>100% <\/b>polish capital owned by group of 7 private equity investors. Company turnovers grooves from: 3mln (1017) to 4mln USD (2018) and 5mln USD (2019). Company emloyes <strong>40<\/strong><b>\u00a0people<\/b>, including\u00a0<b>10\u00a0<\/b>high skilled engineers. Production is\u00a0basing on qualified subcontractor system. For example in last time the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=fosrem&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7188131810264944641\">FOSREM<\/a> system has been awarded the Silver Medal of the Fair as well as Thailand Award for the Best International Invention &amp; Innovation at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/the-international-exhibition-of-inventions-geneva\/\">49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva<\/a> (17-21 April 2024). It has also realized several EU\u00a0premieres, including the world\u2019s first ever\u00a0deployment of legal trusted time network transfer (2015-2016 <a href=\"https:\/\/elpromatime.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/DEMETRA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DEMETRA H2020 Project<\/a>).
